    Remote Editing

I have given my friend a directory on my site which has used for her own site. I have uploaded the site and it is working fine. However I am loathed to give her the passwords for my site for security reasons. Is there any type of remote editing where she can login and edit parts of <b> her</b> directory?

    Thanks

    Ben

Through your hosting control panel, it should be possible to setup a new FTP user/password that only has access to the folder in question.

Beyond this, it would be necessary to create/use a contant managment script on the server.
If you are learning PHP, developing PHP code, or debugging PHP code, do yourself a favor and check your web server log for errors and/or turn on full PHP error reporting in php.ini or in a .htaccess file to get PHP to help you.
