    text style in textareas?

    I want my textareas to be showing the Arial font.

    Presently I seem only to be able to get Times New Roman :yawn: Is this a fixed/default setting?

    here's the code I have used
    Code:
    table#showdata td.rightTd textarea {
    font-family : "Arial", verdana, sans-serif, arial, helvetica;
    width : 350px;
    height : 100px;
    }

    I don't know if it really makes a difference, but I've always seen the generic version of the font at the end of the statement. Try that and see if it makes any difference. I don't think Times is a default font.
