    100% height!

yes, it's another 100% height issue.

I have a div, #leftColumn, that I want to expand to 100% of the height of its parent element, #mainWindow. I am under the impression that should work, but I can't seem to get it so. Is it a "positioning" issue?

    Here's the page: http://newsite.osbhcn.org/SBHCs_Oregon/

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Hello BenDesign,
#leftcolumn will only expand to the height of it's content. Google faux columns to see how to make it look like it's expanded the full height of the page.

I have some examples of that here:
    example1
    example2
    example3

    thanks!

I had a feeling there was no true solution. It meant I had to get rid of my shading on the bg box, which was subtle anyway and this'll make it easier in the long run.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!
