Deleting an uploaded image from another person's website

    Hi,

I've uploaded the wrong image to a website that we use in work (it's another companies website) and I'm trying to delete it. I've found the source code by right clicking and selecting 'inspect element' but when I delete it, it keeps coming back - anyone have any ideas how to delete this image for good?

    Thanks

    Jason

Well, Jason, I hate to break it to you, but yeah... you're pretty much screwed here.

Once you upload the file to someone else's server, you no longer have control over it. Your best bet is to contact the person in-charge of the website, and ask them to delete it.

you should have the access to particular image upload folder for removing the picture else contact server admin or hosting provider for the same.

Can you PM me a screenshot of the upload page? - Seeing the layout will give me a better idea of how the company's page works.
