    .swf & .mp3

    Hi,

I have a couple of pages on my site (a simple hobby site) that have a song playing upon loading. The question I have is, the song skips in the beginning. The songs are .mp3. I have another page that loads a sound effect which is a .swf file, this one doesn't skip at all. When the sound bite was an mp3 it did skip. Is there a way to prevent the music from skipping? Can mp3s be converted to .swfs? Would this help? I'm using a cable modem, I assume it's worse on dial up. Here's a page I did with my daughter as an example: http://www.mcd4x4.com/alanaspage/alana.html
