Colorzilla is a great tool to get the hexa color codes from Firefox.

The black is #00000 and the whitish part is #FEFEFE

You can use this site to generate stripes like that

Not sure what you are asking. There is no hex for a two colored image.

    hi ,
actually i have to keep the hexadecimal code ( eg black is color and code is #00000)in my color picker javascript ..So I have to have the code for doing that ..not the image ..stripe generator was giving the direct image output..Not only black and white ..any color which is a combinations of both (stripes , boxes etc ) is much needed for me ..thanks

If I understand your question correctly, you are looking for a color code which will display stripes. This is not possible, as stripes are a pattern, not a colour. Yes, the pattern is made up of 2 colours, but it is not, in itself a colour. If I am correct in my interpretation, it is not doable to use a colour code to generate an image the way you intend.
