    .us domain not being crawled.

I've made a website for a guy in new york and he already had the domain - which ends in .us

I've submitted it twice on google (I think, because it wasn't being crawled so I thought I might not have submitted it first time).

I've also submitted it with Yahoo!

But I keep checking the stats for the page and it's not being crawled at all.

I submitted a .com page a few days later and it's already top 3 in google.

Is there any reason this site isn't being crawled. I haven't put any meta tags in as yet (but I hadn't on the other either) and the .com site is 90% flash based, whereas the .us is mostly text based with a few quicktime files.

How long as the site been live? It can take anywhere from a week to 3+ months to get a site indexed.

    Since June some time.

But I don't get why all the other sites I've made have been indexed really quickly and this one seems to be being ignored.

That's not long enough to start worrying yet.

I have a site that was indexed just a few days after going live. Another one that was six months before being indexed. Go figure.
