What do you think is the easiest free live video streaming program that can capture off the screen and is easy to setup?

You want to stream video off your website? I'd say Windows Media Player...

    I've used Dorgem ( http://dorgem.sourceforge.net/ ) before, but I don't think it can stream a screen capture.

    Wink is recommended

I have been using Wink recently and find it very easy to use. I use it to capture sequences of using a spreadsheet. You can then easily edit the captured file to add annotation and delete your errors. It generates .swf files and corresponding .htm fragments to add to your web page.
