    i wonder what is the usage of this input, i know its about server side scripting but how can i use it?! i user asp.net, and i'm biginner in php.
    i need a creative atmosphere

    You basically use it whenever you have form data you wish to pass on that the user doesn't need to see. It can be easier than storing all the information in the query string. On the server side, you typically just access the value like any other form element.

    but keep this in mind ...
    Make sure you understand that they don't need to see what's hidden,
    but they CAN see what's hidden if they want ... so don't use any
    passwords with the hidden tag.
