Keyword stuffing is deliberate repetition of what you consider to be keywords. I.e not using them in good English sentences

Keyword stuffing is an example of black hat SEO. You all know that Google has launched its algorithm in April 2012 known as penguin to protect spam and lowering the ranking of website that doesn't follow Google webmaster guidelines. So try to limit your keywords before your website get banned.

A good practice of mine is reading what I've wrote several times before posting. If it doesn't sound natural, go back through and make edits. You should notice yourself reading the same word(s) multiple times if it's the case. The only affect it'll have on your organic performance is getting the page/domain blacklisted. So, I'd say lean on the side of caution and write like you'd write a college paper.

For some time this strategy lived up to expectations." Today Google scowls upon the act of "pivotal word stuffing" and may really punish your site and expel your site from the Google list on the off chance that they think you are utilizing this procedure. Google characterizes "pivotal word stuffing" as: "the act of stacking a site page with catchphrases trying to control a site's positioning in Google's list items."

Keyword stuffing is the practice of inserting a large number of keywords into Web content and meta tags in the attempt to artificially increase a page's ranking in search results and drive more traffic to the site.
