    Question helping building website/app?

I have no background in programming or coding, so please excuse my lack of knowledge. I am looking to create a website, software, or app which will be used to automatically add an item from the Nike website to a users cart without having to do anything. I know this is a possible task, as there are companies which do this and charge anywhere from 50-200 dollars to place the shoes in your cart at the time of release. Because I am new to this, I am not sure what I am really asking for, and quite honestly it could be something that is ridiculously difficult, but I figured it was worth asking about.

    The Nike System:
at 8 am on the day of releases, Nike tweets a link to their site where the shoe can be purchased

once you click on the link, the size can be selected and added to cart

for the majority of the shoes, they are sold out within the first 15-20 seconds so I am looking for something that would add the item to the cart immediately when the link is posted.

    Thanks!

I wonder if they are always "sold-out" because of the "sniper" companies that you mention are grabbing stuff faster than humans?

that's the way it is. because of these companies, it's impossible for anybody to get the shoes. and they charge ridiculous prices. I would like to make one of these and charge affordable prices to the point where it is worth my while but it's not charging outrageous prices.

I think the programming is difficult. I know that PHP can send tweets and direct messages, but no idea how the script would be able to know when new shoes are available. I would have to think Nike will change it up and the whole process will be different. That will disable the snipers.

that's what I thought, but it's been going on since the middle of last year and nike hasn't really done anything. thanks for answering though. I really just wanted to know if I was asking for something difficult or something pretty easy.
