A PSD file is a Photoshop document which you can only edit in a graphic editor (namely Adobe Photoshop but other programs might support this format, too), i. e. it is a file with static graphics, no animations or anything you could simply use in Flash. However, nobody will be able to help you just by your description because that tells us nothing. I assume you have a Flash website?

Well, I think you can import objects from Photoshop into Flash (I think even by just dragging it from one canvas to the other). But what you do with the objects in Flash is your concern then. Nobody can help you from your vague explanations. You’d at least have to show some images to illustrate.

There is no way to help you because PSD files cannot be used as a site.

What you can do is provide us with the link where you downloaded this template so we can either 1. help you or 2. see what you tried to do.

If you just need images from the template just make a screen capture of it, and chop it up with whatever photo software you have.
