    Can't quite figure this out

I'm using WordPress and I want to create a page within WordPress that will display an image and then allow a title & description right next to the image. It sounds very elementary but I can't for the life of me figure out how.

The problem I run into is I can insert an image into the page, but typing next to is is only limited to one-line. The image & the text share a line.

This is going to be used for a Bio of sorts. A persons image, and then next to it will have Name, and under it, a bio.

A point in the right direction would be great. If more explanation is needed just ask; its very hard to explain what I'm envisioning in my head.

    Like this.
    Code:
    <pre><p id="what">
    M
    y

    N
    a
    m
    e
    </p></pre>
Will put it in a vertical line. Give the paragraph the height and width you want, put it after the image, float the image and it to the left.

What do you mean float it? and here is a mock-up in word of what I'm trying to do but can't figure out how to accomplish:

and I need multiple of these separated by <hr> tags as well

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

You just float the image. I'm not sure why that would be a problem. A lot of WP themes should have this styling by default. WP adds a class called "alignleft", "alignright", or "alignnone".

But anyway, just float it. Take a look at the example below.
