Weird css caching problem on new site
I'm building a new website in firefox and I'm having a weird caching problem with the css. When I'm working on it, it will sometimes serve and older version of the CSS file (not always the previous version), like for example I'll be working on a new section and it will load the styles for that section and then I'll make some tweaks and then refresh the page and it will then load a version of the stylesheet from before I started working on that section. Then I'll refresh again and the page will show the new styles and then I'll make another change and it will go back to before. As you can imagine its very frustrating and confusing when trying to build a new layout.
I've not noticed this on any other site that I work on (although its been a while since I did a full new layout) but I'm wondering if its something on my server that I did and forgot about.... but I don't know what it could be, I've checked my apache config and I don't see anything obvious.
I'm using firefox 3.6.25 and have the firebug and web developer plugins (others too but none that I think would cause this)

Would you mind trying this in another browser?
It’s hard to figure this out from the distance. I can’t imagine anything that would cause this right now. Try disabling all those add-ons you don’t think would cause this. Sometimes it is something you’d never expect.
