    convertingwav to midi

    Will some one guide me is it possible to convert the wav files into midi files.If so could u pl advise me the name of the tool and its url

    No. Midi is actually several separate tracks of what they've decided a violin, guitar, oboe, etc. sound like whereas in a wav, they're all combined. This is why you'll never hear vocals on a midi because they couldn't possibly know what the singing human voice is going to sound like. It also explains why the midi sounds so tinny and cheap...like it came from a little $20 keyboard because, basically, it did. You could, for example, convert a single guitar track wav to a midi...but for all practical purposes, most music which is a smooth blend of many instruments including vocals cannot be converted.
