    You should first start by checking if the credentials you have entered are correct:
    1. The FTP site is accessible (url or IP are correct)
    2. Username is correct
    3. Password is correct (if any)
    4. Port
    5. Coonection mode (anonymous or not)

    Try as well to see if you can telnet or ping the site you are trying to access.

    Thanks for your reply,I checked all data and they are correct,also the connection is fast and good!
    but I don't understand what's you mean by "anonymous or not"?
    also "telnet or ping the site"? if you mean the url of that site is work or not it's work and I can see it,even the cpanal I can log in it.

    In the anonymous connection inside CuteFTP you can connect to the FTP site without username and password while if you choose secure connection you provide credentials.

    If all the configuration is correct it might be as well a firewall blocking your client from accessing it, if you are inside a domain ruled by a domain controller.

    I faced this once and I was not able to connect from within the internal network of the company but if I was to connect from outside the network (internet connection at home) using the same FTP client I was able to connect successfully and the problem happened to be a firewall setting.

    Can you check if this case is valid or not in your case?

    I tried to the anonymous connection and the same problem had happened.
    and the domain is a sub domain cause it's a free hosting and I was testing an application on it.
    from 2 days it was work and ok,I don't know what's happened,so what's the solution in this case if you know?
    and in any way thanks very much about your help.

    If you are sure the settings on your end are correct and it was working before, you should contact the person running the server and report the issue.

    I am not sure about this FTP client but just for testing try turboftp(just for test)

    and on the top bar write your details

    Usually:

    Host = ftp.yourfreehost.com
    username = you@freehosting.freehostdomain.com
    passowrd:

    port 21

    sometimes username has to have full email address

    Free hosters usually send the email with all those details
