Yeah, I knew about that, however I would not recommend it.
If a lot of people used that system and set their TTLs that low (mine are usually set to two days) then there would be a lot more work going on with the DNS, because the caching would not be as effective.
Plus, you still need a static IP to bounce it off, which means that essentally you are better off using simple forwarding, which is easier to set up, has less inherent problems, etc. etc.
