    Hiding the sidebar

Hi, on my site I have a sidebar with the latest updates of my site listed on it. But it's fixed to the screen (which I want), so that if the browser window isn't very wide, it covers up some of my content.

My question is, how could I hide it? I have no idea where to start, but moving it's position to the left after a button is clicked would work. And then a button to reopen it would appear so the user could reopen it. Any ideas how this could be achieved? I'm completely lost here.

Thanks in advance! ( The site is http://www.lukedraik.com )

    Luke ...

Every kind of menu can be found here:

Look for a menu that slides in and out of the browser frame.

Hmm, I don't really see what I'm looking for there. I want the entire sidebar to move so that just a bit of it can be seen...
