Curious about a prog or possibly a script.

I've seen tons of websites with them built on, but I need one for my personal website, basically a data management and publishing program.

I'd like to get my website working exactly how I want it, but I don't have the time to learn the coding.

So basically I want to be able to fill out a form, and when I click accept, I'd like the form to be SAVED so that it can be viewed online immediately, but I don't want to have to manually call it with SQL.

    I want to say:

    Name: type here
    Age: type here
    etc...

    Then accept.

Then it takes me back to my main login. and it says-

    Welcome so and so.

    -Add new entry-
    -Manage past entries-

managing past entries allows you to view delete and ALERT or flag previously entered entries.

Is there a way I can accomplish this easily through a program.
If not, is there possibly someone that has the time to take me under their wing and assist me in writing this program?

Found a wiki explaining what a CMS is, Amazingly it pretty much stated EXACTLY what I needed, I am curious though, do you know of the best one to use?

I am using a wiki list to find ones that look pretty USer Friendly.

    AND THANKS A BUNCH.

Well there are several threads about which CMS to use, but go to

www.opensourcecms.com and you'll get to see dozens of them at once to compare as well as test them with a demo.
