Ok we should probably explain huh? PHP is executed on the server and returns nothing but pure client side coding (HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc) to the browser therefore any request from a browser to a PHP page executes that page which then get's parsed by the PHP engine. So to actually get at the source code is through access to the account via FTP for example.

Email the webmaster and ask for the source code. Worst they can say is "no".
