Internet Explorer Building my first website

Well, not exactly my first, but I want to have a unique layout. D: I'm hoping someone would help me make either a DIV or iFrame Layout. I just need help with basic coding and placement of tables and what not. :3

    Thanks for reading! <3

First of all, you should avod using iframes on your page. They are old-fashioned, and some browsers do not support it.

dont use WYSIWYG editors... they'll ruin your coding capabilities. I use 'araneae'

Yes, I've heard that iframes are soemwhat obnoxious... I just see a few really nice ones and I like how they look.

    Thank you very much! ^^

Go here and find a free CSS template to use as your "base".
    Build it up from there:

Ah, thanks! I've tried before but I failed horribly. xD I'll give it another try with an easier template.
