    CMS/Php News Scripts

I'm utterly lost sorting through the sheer number of news publishing scripts/software for PHP... Right now I'm running CuteNews, but it doesn't have all the features I need. Does anyone have any suggestions on what, you think..., are they best scripts for what im trying to do?...

I don't need anything big or huge... just a corporate website.. needs to be easily styled... and have a print, pdf, and email icon on the site... .. Mysql perfered...

How about customising the one you have to suit for your requirement?

I don't have the expertise or, really the time, to fix the code to what I need. I'm doing it for the place I work. If you can understand where I'm coming from.. I just want to get this site done with... So far I've looked at PhpCow ( www.phpcow.com ) and Vivvo ( http://www.myvivvo.com/ ) Both programs do more than what I really need... Personally out of the two I like PhpCow better. Anyone had any experience with it? I'm having trouble finding a program in the middle.. seems like there are lots of robust news progs and ones that are very simplistic.. nothing in the middle, and for that matter middle priced...

What issues were you having with cutenews? I've worked with it before and customized it quite a bit.

Depending on the size of the site, Joomla is good for news and has lots of themes out there for free and purchase, as well as many plugins. Wordpress is good too, if you style it right you can't tell its a blog site!
