    Question forums

How do you add a forum section to a web page, is it high level programming or can you get free predesigned pages ready to download.

I am wanting to create a web site with a forum page for problems and answers can anyone suggest a way either I can learn, or download.

there are many places you can download or have one hosted or you can build your own.

i am building my own but it won`t be ready for a long time, a few other people around here are also building one.

All the rage today, even the first thing newbies do is add a forum for their 4 members. After researching forums, you'll soon find that they're just about all the same with a few variations on images and function. Most require a DB (mySQL, MS SQL, etc) but a 'flat' file system (merely a folder) is probably a lot faster and flexible because a DB from your host is not required. Tonns out there...Good Luck!

Note: Most free hosts will not allow DB forums.

You can get beta 1 that is if you want to fix it lol
I'm almost finished beta 2 which is a lot better. I think it may be a few more beta tests before I'm ready to give it up to the general internet public...

That's beta1 which is incomplete and the replies don't work. I realised I had made a big mistake and so I decided I'll call it B1 and start a new using only the good files from B1. But that'll happen to ya.
