PostgreSQL installer is nuts
I was just installing PostgreSQL 8.2.3 on my development workstation. During the installation it generated me a random password (due to me leaving the fields blank). That's fine, write it down it said.. Sure can do...
Needless to say I decided to choose my own password, which it decided was too weak (even though it uses different case and numerics). And by it's standards I guess it was.
Whoever wrote this installer must be on crack!Omnis mico antequam dominus Spookster!

Well.... apparently they want to make sure your db is "Ultra Secure"..... ya the guy who made that must be a little nuts..... lol
Lol is all I can say...Make sure you write this down because it will be needed for future upgrades.
Everyone hears what you say, friends listen to what you say, best friends listen to what you don't say.
