    Sub Forums For Multimedia

    Dear Admins,

We'd like to have sub forums for "Graphics & Multimedia".
Please consider for most appropriate sub forums : Adobe Products(Photoshop,Premier ..etc) , Macromedia Products(Flash, Director ..etc) ...etc

    Thank you so much, sir.

    Faithfully yours

I agree, everything's all jumbled up in that section....it needs to be divided into sub-sections....tell your friends

Good idea, although I would suggest instead of sub-categorising by brands, I would say type eg.

    Flash, Images, Video

Well something like that anyway? .. good idea all the same.

This is not really my area of expertise (and not certain I have one) but I agree with chump2877 (as well as others) that it could use sort some organization.

I wouldn't opt for subforums on that forum category. It is not as active as it should be to warrant a need for dividing it.

No, users have asked a lot of specific questions such as Flash, Photoshop or any specifice fields. If you admins create subforums there, you can move all older posts of specific types into that categories.

The next reason is we all want the CF to be the All-in-one forum.
What we are now is that if we want help for Flash, we have to go Flashkit.com , if we VB then we vbcity.com, if we photoshops, then we photoshopforums, if we phpbb, then we phpbb forums ......and many many more forums we have to go by and we also link back to CF to grow more.

What we want next is to add the "Forum Development" at PHP section. Why ?
There are lots of admins of other forums here registered.

Up to now, our CF form can't still be called the All-in-One forum; but we can say it's better than others. We all love CF. We want it best.

Forgive me, if my language cause rudeness.

    Cool

    Hi,
I think it will be a good additions, BUT, I don't think Adobe Photoshop and other graphic editing softwares are appropriate, since this is a "coding" forum.

For Flash and Director, I think it's still acceptable, since they are are using Actionscript and Lingo respectively.

I think the main problem is the name of this site: 'codingforum'. Adobe just doesn't seems to fit in......
