    codingforums preference

when asking questions about a site, is it generally preferred to ask various questions about the same site in the same thread, if they belong to the same forum category, or is it preferred to create a new thread for each different question? Are there rules for this?

If the questions you have are related to each other or of basic nature then you can ask them in the same thread. If they are of significant difference or if you think they deserve special treatment then it would probably be better to open a new thread. But there is no strict rule about it. Just use common sense.

Oh and if a moderator feels like something should be in an own thread then they can also split a thread and open a new one for you.
