    This is definitely not the right forum.
    Is this being processed by a particular language script, or just needing HTML work? I need to know what forum to move this to.
    Any 'additional' fields you need can be easily passed by a hidden input in HTML. Server side wise, you can use remote connections such as curl in order to pass what you need. You can append whatever you want from that side to reconstruct the querystring.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');
    Been gone for a few months, and haven't programmed in that long of a time. Meh, I'll wing it ;)
