    Method joined the ranks of the working world, he's currently on a crusade to get his company to change from .net to Java lol (I'm sure yall can piture it)

    from a companies point of view which is the more cost-effective technology ?

    the cost of training .net staff vs the cost of training Java staff. The power of each technology can only be argued but the cost stares you in the face lol

    Java is tought on all software eng/dev courses from HND through degree, maybe even as low as HNC...
