    Reprograming folders in XP

    Hi all!
    How can I reprogram folders in XP like you can in win2k?

    sorry about the email Spookster, just checkd mine and I had to verify somthing or somthing like that.

    win2k lets you reprogram its folders using a web based programming language, and I want to know how to do that in XP.

    note: all the computers in my house has windows XP.

    Ok I got it but it went to a different email address than what is listed in my profile. Did you use the forum to send the email? If not how did you find my yahoo email?

    I'm guessing he clicked on the yahoo icon under your name, it mentions your yahoo stuff there

    lol, it went from the first subjectto how to get spooksters yahoo email

    BTW, I dont think its possible to make your own template in xp. I used to love that feature.

    That web thing only works for the desktop. I think plutonium was asking how to do that with folders.

    I think once you've enabled it for the desktop it'll become available for all folders. I know in W2K you've got to enable it in order for those customizations to work.

    with win2k you can edit the folder and you dont need to enable Active Desktop,
    you can click costumize this folder and you can edit the source code in there, I think IE translates the code or something.
