Visual Basic: Error using winsock control

When I try to put the winsock control on a form I get:

"License information for this component not found. You do not have the appropriate license to use this functionality in the design enviroment."

This is really driving me crazy here. Please let me know what's going on.

Which DLL or OCX are you using for the component?

To use Microsoft Windows Sockets (mswinsock) you MUST have visual basic Professional.

There are no if's or butt's about it
