    Block programming vs High level programming

    which is more effective
    What make the better one more effective
    And are they more effective in different situations

    The block level programing language is generally that allow the creation of blocks of instructions and allows for these blocks to be nested within other blocks. While a high level programming language offers any programmer the ability to program in English-like instructions while hiding the details of the machine-level implementation. It depends upon your need and requirement that what you need while developing.
