Skip objects and go straight to data structures?
I am a CC student planning to apply to a university in the fall for transfer. The university transfer requirements are for c++ data structures, Java objects and java adv. objects. I have already taking a c++ intro class that I did quite well in so much so that my professor asked me to be a tutor in the lab for the coming semester so I grasp the concepts well, IMO.
My question is that due to time constraints, I am considering not taking the recommended c++ objects course since it is not a prerequisite and just jumping straight into the c++ data structures. I am also considering taking the java objects course and adv. objects course simultaneously. Im just looking for any feedback as to if this would be a bad idea or if anyone has done this and found it to be not all that difficult?
