Yup Better Programming or micro formating structure will make your website SEO Friendly. Otherwise there is no need to learn any language for SEO Industry. Yes while doing On Page Optimization you are required to upload Title Meta tags of your website but that will also not require that particular coding or any language. You just need to know the overview.

It helps to know the basics of html, especially links and things like "no follow". SEO is kind of a mix of marketing and light technical skills. Here are a bunch of important things to know about SEO, none of which require programming skills:

If your website has a lot of other important sites linking to it, Google thinks your site must also be important.

You want the most important keywords of your page in the top title bar that runs at the top of the browser.

Its good to have the keywords in the text of your webpage, but don't overdo it.

Having articles and lots of text content on your site can help. If the Google bot indexes that content, it might show up in a search result.

Top keywords like "real estate" are hard to rank at the top for. More obscure keywords like "Belmont Maryland ham radio shop" will be easier to rank for.

If you write articles for other websites, you can often be "rewarded" by allowing to post a link back to your website. This is called "article marketing".

It's good to have the sub-pages of your website have keywords in the url, like this: sportsuniverse.com/tennis-racquets
    rather than:
    sportsuniverse.com/1203rhf-a.asda-sdber-assd-red

sites that have been around longer can tend to work their way up in the rankings more.

don't participate in link farms, where a bunch of junk sites trade junk links with each other.

Notice how non-programming this stuff is.

Every SEO should learn at least 2 programming languages. ... As an SEO, you probably work on teams that include developers and designers.

C Programming is a basic programming language. But, it has no significance in practising SEO. SEO does not require programming but one should have a little idea of HTML and other web programming languages.

There is no tie between C language and SEO. C is for developing a program project. Where SEO is completely search optimization work in which to promote websites or companies.

Not really. There is no connection between this two. But you are aware about HTML then it is surely beneficial for you because in some cases there is required the knowledge of little HTML coding like .htaccess file creation, HTML sitemap creation, w3c Validation, etc...
So It is not necessary to master but if you have knowledge about it then it is beneficial for you.

If you have knowledge of programming languages that is very helpful for you to under stand the source code. For SEO point of view you must have knowledge of HTML, CSS without HTML knowledge you can not perform the on-page changes like Adding H1, H2, H3 tags, Meta tags, canonical tags.

So if you understand code, it is helpful for you to understand code?

For SEO point of view you must have knowledge of HTML, CSS without HTML knowledge you can not perform the on-page changes like Adding H1, H2, H3 tags, Meta tags, canonical tags.
So you need to know HTML to add HTML tags?

Both C language and SEO (search engine optimization) are different things and far from each other. You don't need to learn any language even HTML to work with SEO.
