Code 10 error with drivers @ windows start

    Hi,
I have a GeForce FX 5200 and everytime I boot windows, I must reinstall or disable/enable the drivers so they can work. Everytime I boot, I'm getting the following error, on the hardware manager, : CAN'T CONNECT TO THE DEVICE. So I disable/enable them, and then it works. But if reboot my computer, I'm getting the error back and I must reinstall or disable/enable them again.

Does anyone knows how to fix that problem?
    Thanks.

Humm...have you got the latest software for it? If so then the card appears to me as being faulty.

Yes I have the latest software, but I'm 99,99% sure that the card itself is not the problem because before I format, it was working properly and 2 days after reinstalling windows too. One day, I opened my computer and it started to do that.
