    Monitoring processes on WinXP

    Hoi hoi all.

I recently began to be curious about what some of the programs I run actually do while running.

Is there any way to monitor a process (system calls, file access, reads/writes, etc.) in Windows? Either built-in or from third party software. A casual google search didn't really provide any good information.

Oh yeah, I'm running Windows XP SP2.
