Norton anti virus used to be shat at detecting trojans (or so I heard in Computer Shopper) although it is getting better.

AVG I believe is pretty good at detecting trojans, and should be able to remove it.

However, If Norton Anti virus (I won't rant on about how evil it is) can't repair it, then my guess is that it has already been deleted by something else. Spybot search and destroy detects all sorts of stuff which isn't just adware/spyware, btw. Have you checked to see if that file really exists? if it does, delete it

IME, Norton Antivirus is usually "unable to repair" !

    Jamie.

    Edit:
It seems a lot of people had problems with this trojan, so Symantec's Security response released a fix tool. Download and run from here: http://securityresponse.symantec.com...oval.tool.html
