    copyright stuff

idk if there is any thing I can do but never hurts to ask.

There is a site that took the name of my site (knowing about my site) I have the site copyrighted and I have the "™" by the name (my site is older too). They are also taking content with out giving credit. Anything I can do?

    thanks advance,
    Metsuo

The moment an idea of yours surfaces, it becomes copyright. I would send the person an email if applicable being polite about the situation. And I would also submit it to this site. And any other proof that you own the copyrights would be excellent as they can stand as evidence in the court of law if you intend to take your actions this far.
Hope all goes well with your situation, and good luck.

I would present them with proof that the site is yours, and ask them nicely to take the site down as it is infringing your copyright of your stuff. If they decline, get your lawyers onto them
