    Wireless Connection

I have a wireless-G pci adapter, which doesnt connect to the router automatically anymore, and when i connect it manually, it works fine, but it keeps disconnecting over and over by itself. Does anyone know why?

Have you made sure there isnt any interfearence with the connection between the pci wireless network card and the router? I have always found wireless pci network cards to be very unreliable. Wired lan is better for desktops I find, because of the amount of metal that usually surrounds the adaptor.

something else you might want to look into is checking to see if there are any cordless phones that have the same frequency as the router, because just answering a cordless phone that has the same frequency as the router has been known to drop the connection of the router

Also make sure the router is setup correctly, as it might be disallowing auto connection as a security measure.

Another interferance can be metal studs in the walls, is the building newer? Most states now require metal studs in certain areas, such as hurricane/tornado areas and earthquake areas. Ive always found a problem with wireless connections in the metal building :s
