divock keyboard problem
I went to get my email and there is a option if you have Dvorak keyboard layout
First I thought I could do a re layout of a standard keyboard to a Dvorak keyboard. I was on the understanding that if you had a standard layout and you swapped the keys around to suit you would have to change the computer settings
But then I had another idea why dont keyboard manufacturers manufacturer a keyboard to the Dvorak layout but have a code converter to convert the different layout to the standard PC computer system, So you buy a Dvorak keyboard with the converter output then you can interchange your keypads as you like without having to mess around with the operating system
This would help the Dvorak system take off if it needs taking off
Since I posted this I had a chat around and came to the conclusion maybe it is not much point unless you want to learn 10 finger typing.
