The first thing you should know is what you want to study and where (at which university). Then visit the university websites or call them and ask about foreign student information. From there you will be directed to the places necessary (e. g. embassy) to obtain all official documents etc.

Forget any commercial websites (that might look like government websites) that pretend to give you some info. Most of them just do that for their own benefit.

The first thing you want to make an outline for the career. Try to get any scholarship in that university. If not collect the details of course you want to join from the desired university and take an admission there

Come on… with this attitude and orthography it would surprise me if any college even remotely considered accepting you. You want to be a college student? Then do some research.

Yes as VIP Stephan said first of all you should decide and have a clear mind about what to study and where to study and after deciding and confirming all those things you can approach the university website in which you need to study from there itself you can get the guidelines for about how to apply, how to get VISA and all other formalities will be completed with the help of guidance from that university itself.

First of all you should decide the university where you want to do your course. Make sure that the particular university is good and you can get the good education from there. You can contact any experienced students. Go through with the college website and make sure that the course is available in that college and they are also providing good infrastructures. If you have any person in contact with USA tell them about this, if they have mail id then send a message regarding your VISA and other formalities.
