Getting a menu to nest on a mobile device

First post went perfect. Now for one more and I think I'm good.

When you click on a menu item to the drop down works perfectly. But, you can't use your finger on a mobile device and click outside of the dropped menu so it will nest back into the menu. A mouse works perfectly on a desktop computer but it has that one glitch on a mobile device. I'm on an iPad Air with iOS 8. Don't have an android to try it on to see if it an iOS issue or a coding issue in my end.

    Here is the URL:

Dean Makey School Forest : Forestview Middle School : 12149 Knollwood Dr. : Baxter, MN 56425

Here is the css file with the code that is formatting the menu.

Thanks for looking and for the help on the last question.

Not sure if any of you that read this are into sending balloons up to the stratosphere. We do this with kids as an after school class. Our last flight went to 113,080 feet and took some excellent pictures while there. Here is the url to see the flight data. Really cool stuff.

I was over at Best Buy and looked at it on a Galaxy tablet. The menu nested back into the menu bar when you clicked outside of it. So, that means it is a pm iOS issue. Anybody ever seen this and know of a piece of code I can insert to fix that issue? Anybody?????
