Menu not working on mobile (wordpress)

    Hey peeps,

My site is built with Wordpress.
I do not see a forum or sub-forum on this site for any type of CMS so i'm posting where is most relevant to my specific issue.

The menu system on my site is not working on some mobile devices. It works on my android phone (running gingerbread) but will not work on an iPad.
    More specifically the drop menu.

I am using the built-in wordpress menu system so i do not understand why this isn't working.
My guess is that it's the theme I am using (child of the old twenty ten default theme).
I have tried using plugins to either generate a mobile site or a mobile menu but the plugins do not work on my homepage, although they work fine on every other page.

I don't have a clue why the plugins are acting like that or how to make the menu work on mobile (on my home page)

    Any ideas, folks?.

site is located here: Industrial Control Repair, Industrial Repair Service, Repair

I'm fairly sure that it IS a theme issue.
Problem is i cannot change the theme. The client really likes the current theme (which is a heavily modified version of the 2010 theme that came with wordpress at the time) and will not pay for me to change it. I need a solution to the specific issue, not the easy route of simply changing the theme

If its not possible then its not possible - your client needs to understand this. The 2010 theme isn't reposnsive. You shoudl upgrade to 2013 which is a responsive theme with a built in responsive menu. Changes to responsive costs time on your part and hence there's a cost to your client

    SOLVED

turns out the cache plugin i was using was interfering with the mobile plugins I installed.
Once i disabled the cache plugin and gave it a day or so, everything cleared up.
