Arrow Why Website for Mobiles is Different?

Why mobile websites are different from regular websites?
Nowadays days, many mobile users take the help of their cell phones for surfing the internet.

I'm sorry but I'm not sure if I fully understand the question. Are you asking for the differences in web design for Mobile phones?

Note sure about mobile, but I know that on the PS3 web browser, some sites will load a different page than on a computer. For example, if you open Youtube on a PS3 it will automatically go to Youtube XL, which is more PS3 friendly (being that most people navigate with the controller rather than a keyboard and mouse).
