    HTML ASP and Javascript or what?

    This is, to me, a complex issue. I may have to change a lot depending on the answers I get here.

    My default asp page has includes to build the page the way I want (maybe the first mistake). The part I call the header determines that the user is a regular user and notifies him of the number of private messages he/she has. I am using a link to get the messages.asp page, but I want that page to appear in the content section of this default page. A lot of forums may call up a new page and that may be the way I have to go, but I want to maintain the layout and reduce the amount of downloading required. So here is the default page.
        Dim Login, Password
        if request.cookies("LJ4H").haskeys then
            session("LoginUser") = Request.Cookies("LJ4H")("V2")
            session("PWord") = Request.Cookies("LJ4H")("V1")
            response.cookies("LJ4H")("LastVisit") = now()
            response.cookies("LJ4H").Expires = date + 30
    		response.write "In Default.asp<br>"
        End If
        <meta name="Author" content="Scott Stewart">
        <meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us">
        <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
        <title>Lake Jackson 4-H</title>
            <table border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="border-collapse: collapse" bordercolor="#111111" width="100%" height="90%">
            	  <!-- #include File="header.asp" -->
            	  <!-- #include file="TopSponsors.asp" -->
    			  <!-- #include File="Content.asp" -->
            	  <!-- #include file="Footer.asp" -->
    And here is the content page.
    <div id="content" float="right">
    	  <td valign="top">
    	  <iframe scroll="yes" width="100%" id="content" name="content" src="<% =session("ContentPage") %>">
    And finally in the header there is this cell;
                      <tr valign="top"><% If aryMemInfo(6) > 0 Then
    				  	  MyID = aryMemInfo(8) %>
                        <td class="WelcomeSquare">You have <% = aryMemInfo(6) %><a href="PrivateMessages.asp?ID=<% =MyID %>" Target = "document.content" name="PrivateMsgs"> private messages.</a></td>
    					<% Else %>
                        <td class="WelcomeSquare">You have 0 private messages.</td>
    					<% End If %>
    So, please tell me the best way to handle this question. I realy appreciate your help.

    I don't understand the question?

    You want the messages.asp page to be in the content.asp page?
