    form2mail.dll

    I just created a form to used an school application form and I was wondering how to send it using the form2mail.dll?.

    This is the code I have:
    <form action="../scripts/Form2Mail.dll" method="POST">

    I got this code looking at several sample sites but I cannot acquire form2mail.dll. Does anyone have it that they wish to share or can tell me where to get it? I appreciate this.

    Thank you in advance, Phillip Ewing

    Does it have to be a .dll ?

    I only ask because you can get hundreds of free .cgi/.pl/.asp formmail scripts out there to send mail. And there's probably just as many sites that do it for you. Try one of these, and these are just ones I found with a quick search on Yahoo:

    Planet Source Code
    Webwareindex
    Aspobjects

    Ouch... George posted a warning.

    Phillip, I have a free email processor in my signature you can use. Although since you're using ASP, you should be able to use CDONTS or another method. Email me... I'll help you if I can. Just don't cross-post, it's against the forum rules.

    Did you register this .dll file on your server using the command prompt? If so, it should work as long as you followed the instructions.
