    newb q; size of recordset

    Hi,

So i executed a sql stmt and stored the results in a recordset. Is there like a "sizeOf" function that will return the number of records I have?

I want to display something like "there are xx of things from your search"

    thanks

    Just for reference
Using SQL you can use COUNT
Using ADO you can use RecordCount - with the correct cursor. Also other methods
Using ASP you can use a loop of the recordset and a counter
