timing a vbs with a timer

i created a vbs that I want to run every 2 minutes -- is there a way that I can put in a timer that it should keep looping through every 2 minutes while the vbs is running?

please help me with the code to do this.

If you are using VBS or a shell script then you can use Sleep

or you can use windows "Scheduled Tasks", i've done this in the past to grab states for a ShoutCast server every 2 minutes.
