dynamically building an az-index
I have a page that displays an inventory using a repeater that's bound to a database. Through time, that page has become quite long and I'd like to incorporate an az-index on it. Now, I know that I can simply call the repeater and pass it the letter that's selected for my query... but this would change the page to be limited to one letter at a time... rather than the entire list with (essentially) the scroll position set to the next letter.
Alternatively, I could have 24 (or more) repeaters, with one for each letter... but that's not very nice to look at/maintain.
Does anyone have an idea how I might dynamically incorporate an az-index using a single repeater?
