Apache don't start
sorry I'm new here, so perhaps I post this on the wrong forum.
apache would not start and suddenly I get an error message.
I have nothing changed on me PC.
Xampp directory It's still right it was.
I have a few websites for testing in the htdocs.
Now there is a problem i can't save my databases en websites.
The log in that screen shot looks like it's running, despite what the status shows?
I would presume that xampp would only monitor the apache. Check your services for apache or httpd. Try starting it manually from there, if it doesn't stay on or throws an error then there is a problem, so post the error message (worker threads exiting isn't really an error, its an event). Check the httpd error logs as well; apache is typically quite anal on windows when it cannot find resources to load (but should issue an error eluding to such).
Also, look into permissions, they can cause lots of problems. And if you need to get to your files and save them, you can always make a bootable Linux disk and transfer them to a thumb drive.
Thanks, but I have no experience with LINUX at all. In the maintime I found the Dutch Forum and because I am a Frisian I put my questions there. Thanks

I've never had problems with it, either on my home server, localhost, or on my realworld site. they're both on Linux, and configured to be as nearly identical as I can make them.
