    File storage help

    Hi friends,

    Am a newbie to flex, i have one doubt.
    Is it possible to save splitted images into a file in flex3 not in AIR application?
    I need it very urgent plz anyone help me.

    Yes Flash player 10 allows you to save files to the hard disk.

    Thanks a lot and one thing i have to do jigsaw puzzle game in flex.For that i have to split source image into pieces.I don't know how to split image into pieces would u plz give me some idea related to that.

    Hi,
    Thanks for ur needed help.I use that application in that i got error for using save,load and data in filereference class.

    That error is

    Access of undefined property load using flash.net.filereference.

    You need to initialise the filereference

    sorry for disturbing u again kindly do my needful.
    I initialise fileReference eventhough these errors r displayed.
    1061: Call to a possibly undefined method load through a reference with static type flash.net:FileReference.
